Kate Blackham, FNP-C

Kate is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose passion for reproductive endocrinology started when she worked as a coordinator on our third-party reproduction team. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a nurse within a variety of patient populations before finding her love for women’s health. While pursuing her master’s in nursing degree from George Washington University, Kate worked closely with our Egg Donor and Recipient team and enjoyed helping patients complete their families.

Kate has a passion for patient education and making sure her patients feel empowered about their fertility care.

In her free time, Kate likes reading, trying new restaurants, going on walks with her dog (Bonnie), and spending time with her family.
