Erica Louden, MD. Ph.D, FACOG
Double board certified in Obstetrics Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology Infertility. Dr. Louden is a highly-skilled scientist and physician specialist focusing on all areas of reproductive health from Chicago, IL. Her research efforts focus on access to care for cancer and infertile patients as well as the novel mechanism to preserve primordial oocytes during chemo and radiation therapy. Dr. Louden, a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine, completed her residency in Ob/Gyn at Wayne State and her REI fellowship at Augusta University. She has received numerous awards including the 2025 America Best Top Reproductive Endocrinologist Infertility specialist , authored articles for several medical journals and textbooks, led clinical studies, has had her research covered in peer-reviewed publications and in her spare time enjoys volunteer work.

Kate Blackham, FNP-C
Kate is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose passion for reproductive endocrinology started when she worked as a coordinator on our third-party reproduction team. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a nurse within a variety of patient populations before finding her love for women’s health. While pursuing her master’s in nursing degree from George Washington University, Kate worked closely with our Egg Donor and Recipient team and enjoyed helping patients complete their families.

Anne-Marie is a women’s health nurse practitioner who has truly loved working in the reproductive medicine field. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from University of Utah with a Master of Science in Nursing. In May of 2022 she added a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to her resume and has a passion for genetics. Anne-Marie works primarily in our St. George location.

She completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University, went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. She then continued her education to receive a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University and is honored to have the opportunity to help patients in their journey to build a family.

Stephanie Morgan, PA-C
Sarah is a women’s health nurse practitioner. She graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse for over four years in various areas including postpartum/newborn nursery, NICU, pediatrics, and labor and delivery. Sarah obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in North Carolina, where she double majored in women’s health and endocrinology. She is currently board certified as a nurse practitioner in women’s health. Sarah provides care for patients going through fertility treatments in both our Ogden and Murray locations. She performs all initial screenings and chart reviews for our gestational carriers, and assists with screening for intended parents, ovum donors, and sperm donors. Sarah also sees patients going through timed intercourse, IUI, IVF and FET cycles and performs diagnostic procedures.
