Your cancer diagnosis isn't the end of your story

Cancer treatments like chemotherapy and radiation can negatively impact your fertility, making it difficult or impossible to conceive after treatment. Because of this, many women choose to freeze eggs before starting cancer treatment so they can have biological children in the future.

Unfortunately, many women lack access to this life-changing treatment. Less than 15% have insurance coverage for fertility preservation, and the lack of education and resources—combined with the accelerated timeline of fertility treatment—can make fertility preservation even more difficult.

Future Blooms is a grant organization that aims to alleviate this burden by helping women pay for fertility preservation. Utah Fertility Center is proud to be Future Blooms' first clinic partner, helping patients freeze their eggs with speed and compassion before starting cancer treatment.

APPLY NOW

The Future Blooms grant program supports women ages 15-35 who have been newly diagnosed with cancer and face the possibility of infertility as a result of treatment.

How it works

Head to Future Blooms to submit your grant application. We recommend submitting as soon as possible after diagnosis.

Your application is reviewed by the Future Blooms team. Awards are determined based on medical need, level of insufficient insurance coverage, and additional criteria listed on Future Blooms' website.

After your application is reviewed and approved, our expert team at Utah Fertility Center will help you start fertility preservation quickly so your cancer care is not delayed.

Future Blooms will coordinate payment with Utah Fertility Center. Please note that grants help pay for treatment costs and clinical fees related to your treatment cycle, and do not cover medication costs.
