Maddison Lewis, FNP-C

Maddison is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in Women’s Health for several years. She found a passion for women’s health years ago and has continued in that path. Maddison graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing while working as a registered nurse in Labor and Delivery for about 13 years. She returned to academia to pursue a Master of Science degree.

Maddison enjoys being able to develop relationships with each patient and to help our patients build families and overcome these challenges. Maddison Cares for our patients undergoing IVF, FET, Times intercourse, and IUI. She also performs many diagnostic testing procedures to help determine causes of infertility.

Maddison enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, doing anything that creates lifelong memories with each of them.
