Xiao Xiao Hoffman, FNP-C

Xiao Xiao is a family nurse practitioner who is passionate about women’s health. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Medical Laboratory Science degree (BS) in 2004, Nursing degree (BS) in 2006, and Master’s in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Georgetown University in 2019. 

She worked for a year as a Laboratory Technologist at St. Mark’s Hospital, then for 7 years as an RN on the Med/Surg floor at American Fork Hospital, and another 7 years in Neuro/Trauma Rehab at Utah Valley Hospital. After getting her Master’s, she worked for a year in Internal medicine, providing care for Covid-19 patients. 

She finds joy in working and providing support to patients going through fertility treatments. She sees patients going through timed intercourse, IUI, IVF, and FET cycles and performs diagnostic procedures. She also performs initial screenings, physicals, gestational carrier screening, oocyte donors and sperm donors. Her favorite things about working at UFC are being able to help create families, building lasting friendships with the wonderful staff, and being able to translate for the Chinese Mandarin speaking patients.

She enjoys going on vacations with her family. Some of her favorite places are Disneyland, Hawaii, Oregon, and St George. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, but her favorite will always be authentic Chinese/Asian food. She also enjoys running (marathons), cooking, kayaking, and watching movies.
